  I've been to this medical center three times now. As a Wal-Mart employee a place close by that takes my insurance was a good find. I first went to attend to a deafness and pain in one ear. It took two visits, but it was understandable as they had to let some medicine break up some wax that had built in my ear, then the next day basically clean it out. The Nurses where super nice, helpful, and by far informative. The receptionist was very clear on what to do, and helpful. I waited no where near as long as going to an emergency room, which up until having healthcare was sort of my go to. The doctors only saw me in short moments but seemed to get right to business, accessed what they could from me giving what information I had and where quick to run the tests they needed then work on a solution. The third visit, I had hiccups for 3 days and it was starting to cause acid reflux and muscle pain. They gave me some medication after looking at me, tested my heart to be sure it was just muscle pain, and explained how and why such a weird thing would happen and assured me it was quite average. Then, also explained the next steps to take if it persisted. It didn't persist, and following their advice it finally went away. At the worst, the wait time is still a wait time. Still shorter then any place I've been before! But you still have to wait. I also could tell when one nurse was in training, but didn't mind. He wasn't being given anything life threatening, just being taught and I didn't mind being the subject for that as he seemed kind and professional enough. Anyways, I do recommend this place. Even if they can't help, they are good about directing and helping you get to where you need to go. So Thank you McMillan Medical Care!

  Fantastic!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Super nice people and excellent medical help. The receptionist was very kind, as was the rest of the staff and the great Dr.(love him!!). Soooo nice, took care of my immediate medical care needs and set me up there with a future appointment..I have moved back to Boise after living in the Middle East for the past 25 years. I am THRILLED that this can be my medical base...so close to me...like a relaxed neighbourhood medical office. All with a problem or question, come here first... it's a true gem!!
