I would not recommend this place to anyone. When we arrived for an initial consult, we waited for nearly an hour before being seen. When we were seen they didn't even know they were seeing a child despite the paperwork. They had none of his records and had no idea why we were there, again despite the paper work. My son needed tubes put in his ears and on the day they made us feel like we could not have been any more than a number to them. I asked the surgeon (Dr. Jones) if there were any after or side effects we should be worried about or on the look out for and he stared at me like I was stupid, shook his head and walked away. After the surgery my son woke up crying (very common ) but also vomited, instead of any concern or reassurance by the nurse who was with us, she just stands there shakes her head and says, "great just how I wanted to start my day" with absolutely no concern for my infant son. Then the surgeon comes back over and starts telling my husband to put drops in my sons ears with instructions conflicting with the written instructions the nurse had given us in addition to it being a completely different medication. My husband questioned it and the doctor again stares at us as though we are stupid, laughs and says, "I don't know what the sheet says and I don't care. Do what I'm telling you. Anything else? No? Good" and leaves. My husband and I were both shocked by his rude and abrupt reaction to our question. Within minutes the nurse came to us and with my son still crying says unless we need something else she will walk us to the elevator now. I could not believe the complete and utter disdain this office showed for us and our infant son. I would never again go here and I would never recommend it to anyone. I have told my pediatricians office and recommended they don't send others there.

Horrible. No communication among staff and serious integrity problems. After a rushed initial visit they said they would need to do referral to a specialist. Did not provide referral upon checkout. I had to try to followup and spent a week trying to get a live person on the phone. When I finally reached someone I was told a 10 minute elaborate story about how my pre-authorization was denied and that the reason it took so long was that it would cost thousands of dollars in out of pocket fees if I didnt wait?? Said they would resubmit for a 'lessor' procedure? Waited 3 days and I never got the referral to a specialist or a call back. I called my insurance and discovered they NEVER even submitted a pre-authorization in the first place?? DO not trust your healthcare to this provider.

Rude receptionists - If you are unable to hear them, god forbid they have to repeat themselves... uh hello, you work around people with hearing loss and more. EAR, nose and throat. Idiots. Extremely apathetic PA's. Was told there is nothing they can do for my tinnitus and hyperacusis and referred me back to my PCP. No emotion, no empathy... the one typing on the computer seemed annoyed to even be there. The conditions I have drive many people to suicide and to be honest I don't even know how much longer I can live with this. I highly recommend all employees go through sensitivity training. Buzzfeed has a great article on Hyperacusis, I recommend staff read it as well to further educate themselves. This way they realize how serious this condition is. Dr. Van De Graaf however is nice and seems to empathize. Doesn't seem to have much time to spend with patients though.
