  Took my daughter to get simple bloodwork done. We never received instructions on prep or fasting. The first time we went in, after realized my daughter had not fasted for one test, I asked the nurse if we can still at least do the other tests. The nurse turned to my daughter and asked her how many times she wanted to "get poked." Having had the decision taken out of my hands as the parent, we left at that point, and came back this morning after fasting. Still no instructions or prep information were given and my daughter's veins we're too hard to find except for one staff, Liz who actually stuck with us, was informational and helpful. This time however, no blood could be drawn and my daughter vomited and nearly passed out from the process. This has been a supremely negative experience. We will not be back.

  I've only been once to see Dr. Vania. I waited the better part of an hour to get in for an appointment. When the Dr. Vania came into the room, he apologized profusely and stated that they had an emergency that they had to deal with. I was impressed with him, quite thorough yet quick. I see him in another few months. My only complaint is that no staff member had thought to let me know why I was waiting so long. They were all very friendly, though. More in a few months....
