- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Insured with a few other companies. I do not know if I should take this office's incompetence as how all AmFam branches function, but I have continually disappointed with the disorganization and lack of knowledge this office has. Every time I call it seems I have to go through 3 different people to get the correct answer. Every month I dread reading my statement -- hoping that nothing out of the ordinary appears on it. The only reason I stay is the promise of my bill lowering, however that has yet to happen so I don't know how much longer I can hold onto this slipping branch.
